It was close for two periods. The Attack held a slim 3 to 2 lead at the end of the second but came out with all guns blazing in the third scoring six unanswered goals and running the Rivermen aground.

Batchewana swept the best of seven playoff four games to none in capturing the CIHL’s inaugural championship series.

Rob DeLury and Nate Harris led the Attack with two goals apiece with single markers going to Chris Zajac, Drake Pilon, Jacob Palmerio, Jesse Delvalle and Kendall Huckins.

Jayden Southwind had both goals for the Rivermen.

The Attack would like to thank all fans for their ongoing support over this first season of operation and hope to bring back more exciting hockey in the fall of this year.
