City Council is meeting for a special, closed meeting this afternoon to discuss a couple contract negotiations with unionized staff … it’s also been learned that there will be an appeal of the OMB ruling against the Poine Estates Subdivision … so City Council will be brought up to date, with the city being a respondant to the appeal.
