Volatile seagulls, safety concerns force Canada Post to suspend mail delivery in some neighbourhoods

Seagull attacks have been preventing a local business from getting its mail.

That’s how Canada Post tells it, anyhow.

Craig Cartmill, of Lock City Monuments, said he was notified by letter late last month that his mail had been suspended because the carrier on his business’s White Oak Drive route was “being attacked by seagulls.”
