On August 12, 2020 officers with the Crime Suppression Unit and the Drug Enforcement Unit arrested 29-year-old Bradley Daynard for possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking.
At 12:25 p.m., as part of an ongoing investigation, the accused was located in his vehicle on Trunk Road and arrested. A subsequent search of the accused and the vehicle found him to be in possession of various amounts of suspected narcotics and other items including;
102.62 grams of Fentanyl
15.5 grams of Heroin
206.26 grams of Crystal Methamphetamine
4.78 grams of Crack Cocaine
4.24 grams of Cocaine
103 Oxycodone pills
$1,380 Canadian Currency

As a result of the ongoing investigation, at 12:52 p.m. officers executed a search warrant at a residence in the 0-100 block of East Dunrobin Bay. During a subsequent search of the residence and outbuildings officers located various amounts of suspected narcotics and other items including;
357.36 grams of Fentanyl
126.58 grams of Crystal Methamphetamine
0.34 grams of Crack Cocaine
$16,690 Canadian Currency

In total, 459.98 grams of Fentanyl, 15.56 grams of Heroin, 332.84 grams of Crystal Methamphetamine, 5.12 grams of Crack Cocaine, 4.24 grams of Cocaine, 103 oxycodone pills and $18,070 of Canadian Currency was seized. The estimated street value of the narcotics seized is $289,638. A vehicle with an estimated value of $12,000 was also seized.
