He says the City just became aware of the funding and their staff will review it and assess the highest level of need for our community and bring recommendations back to council to consider.
The first phase of the program is worth 1.6-billion of the 4-billion and details of the 2nd and final phase will be revealed in another 3 to 4 weeks.
