Ariana Grande is now the most-streamed female artist on Spotify, kicking Rihanna out of the top spot.  Celebrating this major achievement, Ariana shares, “Thank you all so much for listening and caring at all let alone this much.  I can’t wait to give you new things to listen to.”

Within the same day, Ariana also made sure to wish her ‘Sweetener’ album a very happy second birthday.

Sweetener, Ariana’s fourth studio album, includes some of her biggest hits like, ‘God Is A Woman,’ ‘No Tears Left to Cry,’ ‘Breathin,” and ‘Everytime.’  The album debuted at No.1 on the Billboard charts and it became Ariana’s third No.1 album.

And rumour has it, Ariana is preparing a Sweetener Tour movie!  The new film follows Ariana during her tour days back in 2019 and footage begins with the release of her ‘Thank U, Next’ album.

The Sun reports, “Ariana’s team are negotiating a huge deal between a number of big hitters, with Netflix and YouTube both showing interest,” a source told the site. “Netflix has put forward a starting offer of $5 million to get the rights. The deal is being negotiated byAri’s closest advisers, led by Scooter Braun.  She had cameras following her every move on the Sweetener World Tour last year.  Along with her performances, Ariana was filmed backstage, while travelling and during down time. It will be a brutally honest and raw depiction of how tough life can be on the road but will include the happier, heart-warming times too.”
