NDP Nomination--City Councillor Krmpotich to be Acclaimed

The Sault NDP Riding Association will be introducing its candidate for the upcoming Ontario byelection at a nomination meeting tonight.
Ward six city councillor Joe Krmpotich will be acclaimed at tonight’s meeting scheduled for 6:30 at the Essar Centre.
Ontario NDP Leader Andrea Horwath will also be on hand at the meeting.
Krmpotich will be up against another city councillor—fellow ward 6 councillor Ross Romano is running for the PC’s.
The Liberals have yet to select a candidate and the Premier has until the end of June to hold a byelection for the Sault riding.
